The following are events typically held each year in Edina.
January
- Winter Ice Festival: Typically held from 1 to 5 p.m. the second Sunday in January at Centennial Lakes Park. For more information, call 952-833-9580 or the Centennial Lakes Park page.
- Candyland Trail: Walk the decorated wonders of the Candyland Trail at Centennial Lakes Park and visit the sweets truck in this event for ages 3-8 that debuted to a sell-out crowd in 2022. Registration required at EdinaParks.com/SpecialEvents.
April or May
- Taste of Edina: Organized by the Edina Chamber of Commerce in partnership with Edina Liquor. Sample delectable wines, specialty beers and gourmet samplings from Edina’s finest restaurants and Edina Liquor vendors. - Arbor Day: Join the City Forester and Park Maintenance staff to plant trees in an Edina park. See details on EdinaMN.gov in mid-April.

- Parade of Boats: Typically held from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. the second Sunday in June at Centennial Lakes Park. For more information, call 952-833-9580 or visit the Edina Model Yacht Club website.
June Through August
- Outdoor Concerts in the Park: Held at 7 p.m. on Sundays, Mondays and Wednesdays at Centennial Lakes Park. Children’s concerts are held at noon on Tuesdays and Thursdays. For more information, call 952-833-9580 or the Centennial Lakes Park page.

July

August

- Police Citizens' Academy: This 13-week program gives participants a look behind the scenes of a the Edina Police Department through lectures, demonstrations and hands-on learning. Visit the Citizens' Academy page for more information on the next sessions.
September
