Sign up for up to three per day (per cellphone carrier rules). You must have MMS texting enabled on your phone to sign up. Otherwise, you will likely receive a ‘service access denied’ message.

If at any point you want to unsubscribe from a list, text "Stop" to the number you no longer wish to receive messages from, and that will unsubscribe you.
