Fitness classes and health programs have resumed in person. The Home Stretch (Tai Chi at Home) is still available.
Registration is required for many classes and recommended for others. Unless otherwise listed:

Agility, Balance, Core Strength Class
Christy Zilka's ABC class will resume in the spring. Check back for updates.
Functional Fitness Class
This chair class will get you moving with a variety of fun and effective movements. We will focus on balance, alignment, strength, flexibility and some good stretching of your body. Some movements will directly target the joints to keep them limber and loose! In addition, participants will learn purposeful breathing which will promote mind/body connection and calmness. There will be occasional use of light hand weights, balls, bands, and blocks. You will NOT need to get down to the floor in this class! Please wear comfortable clothes and bring water! Strength in Balance Class
Low-intensity classes designed to help improve stability, flexibility and create a strong core to increase balance ability. Incorporating weights, resistance bands and a variety of strength exercises. This class aims at improving stability and creating a better posture. Instructor: Tracy Mindiola

Gentle Yoga Classes
Join us for gentle yoga warmup exercises and poses, along with easy meditation and relaxation practices that reduce stress. We’ll work on the whole body, improving flexibility, strength, balance and range of motion. Bring a mat. Instructor: Wendy Anderson

Hatha Yoga
Beginners welcome. Practice a wide variety of warm-ups and poses, improving flexibility, strength, balance, range of motion, and reducing stress. Work at your own level in this supportive class. This is a relaxed style, appropriate for most. Bring a mat. Instructor: Wendy Anderson

The ABCs of T'ai Chi Chuan
Together we’ll practice a gentle yet effective head-to-toe warm-up; simple Qigong exercises to stimulate the flow of energy; a restorative meditation done standing or sitting; and a slow-moving sequence of classical postures that promote balance, ease of movement, circulation and strength. Instructor: Spencer Chandler
- Mondays, Jan. 9, 23 & 30; 1-2 p.m. Cost: $15/session or drop-in rate of $5 per class
The Home Stretch
Instructor Spencer Chandler offers a free, simple daily tai chi lesson on Mondays from 9:05 to 10 a.m. No prior knowledge, skill or equipment needed. Participate as often as you wish.
