The ABC class is part of the "Little Moves Big Result" series that is low-impact (no floor exercises) and is designed for the beginner- to intermediate-level senior. This is a 45-minute class taught by Christy Zilka, a certified personal trainer specializing in Senior Fitness. Please wear comfortable clothes and shoes and bring water. Silver Sneakers and Silver and Fit members are encouraged to attend; class cost could be waived once verified. Cost is $24 per session and pre-registration is required.

Posture Perfect Class
Working on your posture offers benefits such as improved circulation and digestion, a healthy spine, and boosting your self-confidence. Cost is $5 per session and pre-registration is required.

Instructor Spencer Chandler offers a free, simple daily tai chi lesson weekdays from 9:05 to 9:50 a.m. No prior knowledge, skill or equipment needed. Participate as often as you wish.
