Seniors Excercise

Registration is highly encouraged for the following events. To register, call 952-833-9570.

  • Flu Shot Clinic - Thursday, Sept. 19 from 1-2:30 p.m. No appointment necessary. Bring your insurance card.
  • Living Well with High Blood Pressure - Tuesday, Sept. 24; 10 a.m. Free members; $5 non-members.

Gentle Yoga 
  • Tuesdays from 10:15-11:30 a.m. now through Dec. 17 (No class Nov. 5). Drop-in fee is $13 per time; a pro-rated option is available. 
  • Thursdays from 9-10:15 a.m. now through Dec. 19 (No class Oct. 17, Nov. 28). Drop-in fee is $13 per time; a pro-rated option is available. 
Gentle Standing & Chair Yoga
  • Tuesdays from 10-10:45 a.m., now through Dec. 17 (No class Nov. 5). Drop-in fee is $9 per time; a pro-rated option is available.
  • Thursdays from 9-9:45 a.m. now through Dec. 19 (No class Oct. 17, Nov. 28). Drop-in fee is $9 per time; a pro-rated option is available.
Senior Sit Fit
  • Mondays at 10 a.m. Sept. 23-Dec. 16 (No class Nov. 11). Cost is $72 or a drop-in fee of $8 per time; a pro-rated option is available.
  • Thursdays at 10:30 a.m. Sept. 26-Dec. 19 (No class Oct. 17 and Nov. 28). Cost is $66 or a drop-in fee of $8 per time; a pro-rated options is available.
Little Moves, Big Results (aka: ABCs Class)
  • Tuesdays and Thursdays, Sept. 17-Oct. 10; 2:15-3 p.m. or 3:15-4 p.m. Cost: $24 unless covered by insurance; drop-in fee is $5 per time.

Mat Pilates

  • Third Wednesday of the month; 3-4 p.m. Free. Call 952-833-9570 to reserve your spot.

  • Wednesdays Ongoing; 6:30-7:30 p.m. Free.
