You can expect to receive your ballot in the mail starting September 22. All voters are required to have a witness. You must show your witness your blank ballot, complete your ballot in private and all other steps. Then have your witness print their name, Minnesota street address and city, and sign their name on your signature envelope. If you are registering to vote, you must also show your witness your driver’s license or other authorized proof of where you live.
