Pass Pickup

Returning Season Pass Holders 

If you had a season pass last summer, your pass can be reused. If you no longer have your pass from 2022, we will issue you a new pass and take a new photo if needed. 

• At the admissions office on your first visit to the Aquatic Center this summer once we open for the season.
• In advance at one of our special preseason pickup pass dates (dates will be communicated in early May).

First-Time Season Pass Holders

You will need a season pass card (wallet-sized plastic card with a barcode on it) issued to you at the Aquatic Center Admissions office. 

• Each person (season pass holder) is issued their own pass  and will need to have a photo taken. Your photo will appear on our computer screen each time you check in to swim.
• Season passes are not transferable and may only be used by the person whose name is on the card and photo is associated with that card.
• New season pass cards can be obtained:
  • At the admissions office on your first visit to the Aquatic Center this summer once we open for the season.
  • In advance at one of our special preseason pickup pass dates (dates will be communicated in early May).

Note: It is very important that you bring your season pass card with you to the pool each time that you come to swim. Looking up members who do not bring their cards can take up valuable swimming time and hold up others who may be waiting in line.

Pass Pickup Dates

Passes may be picked up in advance the week prior to our opening at one of our pre-season pass pick up dates. These dates will be communicated via email in early May.
