The Artwork
The popular piece, which, along with its sandstone plinth measures about four feet tall, captures two preschool-aged children in the act of chasing and popping bubbles. Residents may recognize “Reflecting on Friendship” from its previous location along the Promenade, where it won a People’s Choice Award in 2010.
