For services on or after 6/1/2023, your ambulance bill can be paid by visiting the EMS Billing website

For services provided before 6/1/2023 ambulance medical records must be requested through our past provider at [email protected] or fax to 855-738-1998
For services on or after 6/1/2023 please visit our current provider EMS Billing. Note the authorization forms at the bottom of their page.

- How do I dispose of unwanted medication or needles?

Edina Fire Department does not accept unwanted medications, prescription or nonprescription drugs, syringes, lancets or EpiPens.
Medications: Visit this Hennepin County page for guidelines and a list or map of places that accept medications (please note most do not take any needles).
Syringes, lancets and other needles: Hennepin County offers these guidelines and tips along with options for disposal. Residents also visit the Problem Waste Drop-off Center at 1400 W. 96th St. in Bloomington.
- Can I have a grill on the deck or patio of my apartment or condo?

Probably not. The City’s policy, found here (PDF), outlines what is and isn’t allowed. In addition, your landlord may have rules restricting grills.
- Does the Fire Department do blood pressure checks?

Please note no blood pressure checks are being offered right now due to COVID-19.
When then resume, Edina Fire Department will offer free blood pressure checks at Fire Station 1
- 6250 Tracy Ave. South from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. every day.
- No appointment necessary
- Available as long as Firefighters are not on 911 calls
Speakers and Tours
Speakers: If you would like to schedule a member of the Fire Department to speak at your event, please contact Fire Prevention Administrative Assistant Marie Segar at 952-826-0339.
Tours: If you would like to schedule a fire station tour, please contact Fire Prevention Administrative Assistant Marie Segar at 952-826-0339. Tours will only be scheduled between 9 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. or 6:30 and 9 p.m. Tours may need to be rescheduled at the last minute due to emergency calls.
Parties or Events: Edina Fire Department does not host birthday party visits or provide truck visits to birthday parties.
