Advisory Boards & Commissions

Learn More & Get Involved!

The City of Edina has 100 volunteers serving on 10 advisory Boards and Commissions. The purpose of boards and commissions is to advise the City Council on various projects and, at times, make recommendations for its consideration. Each of Edina’s commissions include two student members who are typically high school juniors or seniors.

All applicants apply, interview and are selected for appointment by the City Council. Learn more and apply on the Volunteer page or email Community Engagement Manager MJ Lamon or call 952-826-0360.
