The Capri Big Band is a 25-piece swing group performing music from Duke Ellington, Glenn Miller, Count Basie, Benny Goodman, Ray Charles, George Gershwin, and more. They have performed all over the Twin Cities, including at the Minnesota History Museum and the Minnesota Orchestra Hall.

Centennial Lakes Park features free concerts at 7 p.m. on Sundays, Mondays and Wednesdays at the Maetzold Amphitheater. 

The amphitheater is a short walk from the main entrance at Hughes Pavilion and has tiered seating. Visitors also may bring a blanket or lawn chairs to sit on the lawn. Picnics are allowed (no alcohol). Popcorn, ice cream and beverages are available for sale.

Free parking is available by Hughes Pavilion and across from the amphitheater in the Centennial Lakes Office Park on West 76th Street.
