Grab those leashes and bring the dog - or the whole pack - to the inaugural Dog Days of Summer “Pawty."

People and their well-behaved pooches can meet numerous dog-related vendors offering raw foods, specialty treats, blankets, pet portraits, pet care services and more. 

Rescue groups and fosters also will be on hand. The party includes activities and, of course, dog goodies.

Van Valkenburg is home to the City’s fully fenced off-leash dog area. Party guests are welcome to try out the park during the event, as long as their pooch is licensed. At all other times, an off-leash collar is required for the dog park and can be purchased at EdinaMN.gov/OffLeashPermit.
