Sign up for an online information session with representatives from the City of Edina, Minnesota Housing and Center for Energy and Environment to learn about Edina's new Rental Property Tax Reduction Program (4d), which includes these benefits to property owners of Natural Occurring Affordable Housing (NOAH) units in Edina:

• Tax reductions of approximately 40 percent
• Qualify for Resilient Homes Grants covering 90 percent of energy-efficiency improvements, up to $50,000.

Must keep 20 percent of more of rental units affordable (for properties with 1 to 4 units, over 50% must be deemed affordable).

Property owners who rent units that meet affordable rent levels are eligible to take advantage of this program. Rents cannot exceed:

• Studio/Efficiency $1,232
• 1 Bedroom $1,320
• 2 Bedrooms $1,584
• 3 Bedrooms $1,830
• 4 Bedrooms $2,041
