Bring the whole family to help plant 50 new trees in Rosland Park during our annual Arbor Day celebration.

Meet at the pavilion at 10 a.m. We'll plant the first tree together to show everyone how, then we'll break off into groups to plant the other 49. Park Maintenance will do the hard work in advance of augering the holes so the digging will be minor and easy.

All ages are welcome. Please bring gloves and wear closed-toed shoes and clothes you don't mind getting a little dirty. All other supplies will be provided.

The event also will feature live music from members of the Edina High School band. We will have a limited number of tree seedlings to give away to participants so they can plant trees in their own yards.

Please register so we can plan for supplies, groups, etc.
