[ARCHIVED] Planning Commission to Hold Electronic Meeting Sept. 23

Edina, Minn., Sept. 16, 2020 – The Edina Planning Commission will hold an electronic meeting next week.

The Planning Commission meeting will begin at 7 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 23 Members of the public can watch the meeting live:

•    Edina TV (Comcast Channels 813 or 16)

•    Facebook.com/EdinaMN 

•    City’s “Watch a Meeting” web page at EdinaMN.gov/LiveMeetings

The meeting includes public hearings for the Commission to consider a proposed rear yard setback variance for 4630 Drexel Ave. and a proposed variance from the full-depth basement requirement to have under the main floor of a home’s first floor and a variance to allow building a basement for health and safety where the floor elevation extends below the flood protection elevation at 4904 Bywood West. Members of the public can participate in the public hearings by calling 800-374-0221 with Conference ID 1857265 during the meeting. Press *1 on your telephone keypad when you are ready to testify in a public hearing. An operator will mute your line place you into a queue until it is your turn to speak. After the public hearings, the call will end.

Residents may also provide testimony in the Planning Commission public hearings at BetterTogetherEdina.org or by leaving a voicemail at 952-826-0377. There is no need to provide testimony in more than one way.
