The Edina Senior Center offers a variety of weekly fitness opportunities! Active and Strong consists of 10 minutes of cardio movement, exercises to increase strength, balance and flexibility on Mondays from 9 to 10 a.m. The Agility Balance Core Strength Class (aka “ABC Series”) is a series that’s low-impact (no floor exercises) and is designed for the beginner- to intermediate-level senior. In this class, we will work on agility training, balance drills, core strength, proper posture position, weights, bands and wobble cushions.
