The applicant is asking for a .1 foot east and .1 foot south setback and a 6.2 foot north setback variance to add a 2nd floor above the existing nonconforming 1st floor at 5900 Zenith Ave. South.

REQUEST:

A .1- foot south setback variance, a .1- foot east yard setback variance and a 6.2 foot north setback variance to allow a new 2nd floor to be constructed on the existing 1 story home.
