This is notice of an appeal of a certificate of appropriateness that was denied by the Heritage Preservation Commission. The Certificate of Appropriateness request was for an amendment to a previously approved COA that included a change in building materials and changes to the street facing façade.

Request:

 

An appeal of the Heritage Preservation Commission’s denial of an amendment to a Certificate of Appropriateness that included building materials and changes to the street facing façade including window changes and changes to a dormer. The amendment was to COA H-21-6 at 4633 Arden Avenue.

The City Council will hold the public hearing at its October 6th meeting and is scheduled to make a decision at its October 18th meeting.
