Free Tech Help Appointments Available

The Edina Senior Center has partnered with two organizations, Minnesota Care Partners and Senior Community Services, to offer free one-on-one technology help.

Tech Office Hours – Digital Navigation
Minnesota care Partners is a social-justice-based agency that provides technology assistance services to the community free of charge. Appointments are 30 minutes long and they can assist in: setting up a cell phone or email, internet basics and downloading, using Zoom, and more. They can help on most devices, except Mac computers at this time. Registration is required. 
Date/Time:         Mondays; Half hour appointment times between 1:30-3:30 p.m.

Free Tech Help from Senior Community Services 
Technology is meant to simplify and more effectively manage daily life. But different types of devices, each with their own options and settings, can be difficult to understand. It's also important to select the right security settings to protect your personal information. Or, you might know a lot about your devices but are frustrated by one setting you haven't been able to figure out. You may also have a troubleshooting issue that you just haven't been able to correct. We have answers for you! 
*Through a grant from Hennepin County, we are also currently offering free tech help right in your home! Please contact our tech coordinator Gary Spears at 952-767-7893 or email:  [email protected] for more information on tech help at your home or to schedule an at home appointment. All of our technicians are vetted and experienced and are able to help you with your technology questions!
