Edina, Minn., May 12, 2023 – This month’s Walk with the Mayor will take place 9-10 a.m. Saturday, May 20, at Centennial Lakes Park, 7499 France Ave. S. It will begin at Hughes Pavilion. Community members are invited to share their concerns or opinions on City topics, get to know the mayor better, and enjoy some warmer weather!
Hovland encourages community members to participate in this opportunity. “Please join me for the first outdoor walk of the spring at Centennial Lakes! I am sure there will be some beautiful plants in bloom,” he says.
This event is not only a great way to make your voice heard and spark conversation, but also to get some exercise and explore different areas of Edina! No prior registration is required to attend the Walk with the Mayor; simply show up at the designated meeting time to walk and talk with Hovland.
