The Edina Fire Department is working with partner agencies to extinguish a three-alarm fire that will displace residents of a duplex.
Edina Fire was called to 7000 block of McCauley Trail South at 4:15 p.m. Monday, Oct. 9, after receiving multiple reports of a fire. Upon arrival, firefighters discovered one unit had heavy fire which extended into the adjacent unit.
It’s been reported that all residents safely escaped the duplex, and no injuries to residents or staff have been reported.
The cause of the fire will be investigated after the fire has been extinguished.
