Edina, Minn., April 4, 2019 – The April Walk With the Mayor is scheduled for 9-10 a.m. Saturday, April 20 at the Edina Landmark Theater at 50th & France.
“This is our first outdoor walk of the season so I hope many people are able to join in. We’ll walk around the 50th & France area, which continues to see significant improvement. Bill Neuendorf, Economic Development Manager, will also join us to help answer questions about re-development in the District,” said Mayor Jim Hovland.
Participating in the Walk with the Mayor gives community members a chance to voice concerns, share opinions and thoughts as well as just talk with Hovland while getting to know the city a little bit better. No prior registration is required to attend Walk With the Mayor; simply show up at the designated meeting time to walk and talk with Mayor Hovland.
