What are the types of permits and their cost?

Premium Permits

Where: The lower-most level of the South Ramp and designated areas of Levels 1 and 2 of the North Ramp. Permit holders also can park in the regular permit spots. Note that permits are issued for a specific area; holders can’t park in the other premium areas.
Availability: Only a limited number of premium permits will be issued. These permits are not available online. Eligible businesses will be contacted directly. Maximum 20 per business.
Cost: $300 per year plus Minnesota sales tax

Regular permits 

Where: Rooftop of South Ramp and Levels 3 and 4 of North Ramp
Availability: Available as annual permit or quarterly. Must be purchased online.
Cost: $120 per year plus Minnesota sales tax  or $45 per quarter plus tax

Daily Permits

Where: Rooftop of South Ramp and Levels 3 and 4 of North Ramp
Availability: Available throughout the year. Must be purchased online.
Cost: Packets of 10 daily permits are sold for $10 plus Minnesota sales tax 

Rooftop Permits

Where: North Ramp Level 4 spaces that are exposed to the sky
Availability: Annual permit available throughout the year for part-time or occasional workers. Must be purchased online.
Cost: $20 plus Minnesota sales tax 

Overnight Permits

Where: Designated stalls of the North Ramp
Availability: A limit of four overnight passes will be issued per business. Residents of the designated affordable housing units at Nolan Mains are allowed to purchase overnight permits for up to two vehicles. Other Nolan Mains tenants who do not have an assigned parking stall also can purchase a permit. Must be purchased online.
Cost: $50 per month plus Minnesota sales tax 

North Overnight Daily

Where: Designated stalls of the North Ramp
Availability: Sold only to Nolan Mains residents (or management) to provide for overnight parking of guests. Passes are sold only in packets of 10. The information on each permit must be filled out and the permit displayed in the vehicle for it to be valid. Must be purchased online.
Cost: Packets of 10 permits are sold for $30 plus Minnesota sales tax
