What are the types of permits and their cost?

For 2019

Premium permits 

Where: The lower-most level of the South Ramp and designated areas of Levels 1 and 2 of the North Ramp. Permit holders also can park in the regular permit spots. Note that permits are issued for a specific area; holders can't park in the other premium areas.
Availability: Only a limited number of premium permits will be issued.
Cost: $25 per month plus Minnesota sales tax ($322.58 annually)

Regular permits 

Where: Rooftop of South Ramp and Levels 3 and 4 of North Ramp.
Availability: Available throughout the year.
Cost: $10 per month plus Minnesota sales tax ($129.03 annually).

Daily Permits

Where: Rooftop of South Ramp and Levels 3 and 4 of North Ramp.
Availability: Available throughout the year.
Cost: Packets of 10 daily permits are sold for $10 plus Minnesota sales tax. ($10.75 total)

Overnight Permits

Where: Designated stalls of the North Ramp.
Availability: A limit of four overnight passes will be issued per business.
Cost: $50 per month plus Minnesota sales tax ($645.15 annually)
