When is the deadline to mail a ballot back? Do I need a stamp?

Mail your completed absentee ballot in time to ensure a Nov. 3 postmark and that it arrives at the Hennepin County elections office by Nov. 10.

You do not need a stamp. The return envelope is already postage-paid.

Make sure to follow all instructions that came with your ballot before mailing it.
