The Centennial Lakes Farmers Market, held each summer, allows local growers or producers to sell food or food products. Non-food items are not allowed to be sold.

I have read and agree to abide by all Centennial Lakes Farmers Market policies. I understand that failure to follow these policies may exclude my participation in the market with forfeiture of all monies paid.
I agree that the City of Edina and its respective employees, officials and agents are not liable for any injury, theft or damage to either the buyer or the seller, or their property, arising out of my participation in the Centennial Lakes Farmers Market. I further agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the City of Edina and its respective employees, officials and agents for and against any claims for injury, theft or damage.
The City of Edina takes pictures and video of people participating in the Centennial Lakes Farmers Market for use in marketing and promotion. I grant permission to use the name, pictures, video and quotes of my employees and myself for the above purposes.
I understand that I must carry a minimum of $300,000 general liability and product liability insurance because the City of Edina does not provide this coverage. I will either upload this certificate of liability coverage, listing the City of Edina as additional insured, with this application or provide it after I am accepted as a vendor for the market.
Information you provide on or via this form is considered public record and would be available to persons requesting it. Social Security Numbers, Tax IDs and certain other data are not public record.

Photos of your booth/display, your goods or any marketing materials can help us market you. Please note by submitting photos with this form, you agree to allowing their use in any promotion, publication or marketing for the market.
The City of Edina and the Centennial Lakes Farmers Market committee will review all applications to determine which vendors are best suited for available market spaces. Applicants will be notified of their status on or around April 19, 2021.
Applicants, once approved for a market spot, will be invoiced for their booth fee.
