    Join us for this spooktacular alternative to door-to-door trick-or-treating! 

    We're looking for businesses or organizations that want to host a free booth/station at this popular community event.

    HalloBoo will be held at the Edinborough Park indoor playpark, where it's always 70 degrees and sunny no matter the outdoor weather.  This location has proven popular for costumed children, families and our participating businesses and organizations. 

  5. When is HalloBoo?

    Thursday, October 26, 2023
    Session 1: 4 to 5:30 p.m.
    Session 2: 5:30 to 7 p.m.
    Businesses/organizations must participate in both sessions.

    4: 30 p.m. October 14. Station spots are limited, so apply early.

  8. Details to Know Before You Sign Up Your Business/Organization for a Station
    • 250 children will attend each session for 500 total. Businesses and organizations should prepare to supply goody bags, candy, or other small item to give to each child.
    • Booth decorations are encouraged.
    • Costumes are encouraged for your group.
    • Setup begins at 3 p.m.
    • Teardown will be around 7 p.m.
    • There is no fee for businesses or organizations to participate.
  10. How HalloBoo Will Work
    • Families have signed up for one of the two sessions.
    • Registered children will be given a wristband and sent along the "trail" of booths inside Edinborough Park. An adult is expected to accompany each group of children.
    • The children will stop at each business or organization booth along the trail for a goody bag, candy, or item the booth is handing out.
    • Edinborough Park will be open only to families registered for this event. They will have exclusive access to the Adventure Peak and Little Peak playpark to run around before or after collecting goodies along the trail.
    • Overall registration is limited to 500 children, with 250 attending each session.

    Applications will be reviewed shortly after submission in the order they are received. Approvals will be made as soon as possible. It's best to apply early to ensure your booth spot.

    If your organization wants to be part of the event but is unable to host a booth, consider sponsoring the kid-friendly DJ who will be at the event.
