Quarterly Parking Permits

  1. 2022 Quarterly Parking Permit - $45

    The City owns and operates parking facilities on the Edina side of the 50th & France commercial area for shared use by customers and employees. Full- and part-time employees working on the Edina side may purchase parking permits to park in designated areas in excess of posted time limits. Parking is first-come, first-served. Permit holders are not guaranteed a space.

    Permits may be purchased for any of the following quarters:

    • January through March
    • April through June
    • July through September
    • October through December

    Please note permits are valid only for the quarter and year issued. January-March permits are sold starting in December of the previous year. 

  2. Employees or Businesses May Purchase Quarterly Permits

    Employees or businesses may use this form to purchase permits. Before doing so, you will need for each employee/permit:

    • Employee Name
    • License Plate Number
    • Vehicle Make
    • Vehicle Model
    • Vehicle Color

    If you are buying one permit, you will enter the vehicle information on this form. If you are buying more than one, you will enter the first vehicle on this form and you must upload a document, spreadsheet or jpg with the information on the others (limit 2 files).

  3. Where Can I Park With This Permit?

    The quarterly permit allows the holder to park their vehicle during the day on Levels 3 or 4 of the North Ramp or on the rooftop of the South Ramp. The permits are not valid in other areas of the ramps.

  4. Required During Work Hours

    Employees may not park in the ramps without a permit during their work hours.

  5. Purchase a Permit

    Select the quarter, the quantity and provide the required information. Employees may not share permits. One permit per vehicle.

  11. For each addtional permit, you must provide the same information as for Vehicle 1: employee first and last name, vehicle license plate number, make, model and color. 

    Permits will not be issued without this required information.

    If you do not have a computer, write the information on paper, take a photo and upload that.

    The Minnesota Data Practices Act requires that we inform you of your rights about the private data we are requesting on this form. Private data is available to you, but not to the public. Under M.S. 13.37 Subdivision 1. (d) residence address, home telephone number, work hours, place of employment, work telephone number and location of parking space are nonpublic data. We are requesting this data to provide you with a parking permit. You may choose to not provide some or all of the requested data; however, this may cause your request to not be processed. Any information you provide will be made accessible to the following: persons or entities, employees, agents, city attorneys, and officials of the City who have a need to know about the information in the course of their duties or responsibilities. Your acceptance here indicates that you have read and understand these rights. Please be advised that your name, the make, model and color of your vehicle is consider public information and will be provided if requested.

    Permit holder agrees to follow City parking rules. I understand violations may result in the vehicle being ticketed or towed and/or forfeiture of this permit.
