Payments (if required): Once you've filled out the form, select Proceed to Checkout to complete your transaction as a guest. You do not need a Paypal account. You will be asked for your name, address and email so you can receive a payment receipt. You will be able to enter credit card information on a later screen.

For security, account/profile passwords expire after 90 days of no use.

Field Reservation Request

    Fields are available April-November  as weather allows.

  2. Field Cost

    Cost of fields varies depending upon the type of facility, additional needs of the renter and whether renters are residents or non-residents. Proof of residency is required for resident rate. 

  3. Additional Requirements

    Renters may be required to provide a certificate of liability insurance with the City listed as an additionally insured. If tax exempt, renters must provide an up-to-date copy of their tax exemption status. Updated tax exemption forms are required annually. 

  4. Important Notice

    This form is only a request. You will receive confirmation of your reservation by email. A reservation is not complete until all required documentation and payment has been received.

  5. New or Current Renter?*

    If you've rented an outdoor field in Edina since November 2022 and your contact and group information is the same, choose Current Customer.
