    The Edina Senior Center is working in collaboration with Edina Community Education to offer history presentations. Dan Hartman will present this talk.
    The Ku Klux Klan, commonly called the "KKK" or simply "the Klan," is three distinct movements in the United States that have advocated extremist reactionary positions such as white supremacy, white nationalism, anti-immigration, anti-Catholicism and anti-Semitism. Historically the KKK used terrorism - physical assault and murder - against groups or individuals whom they opposed. Jim Crow laws were state and local laws that enforced racial segregation in the U.S. South.
