1. How do I make a birthday party reservation online?

Reserve for a birthday party online. Note: If you  are a 1st time user (never purchased a program, membership or party on  this module), you will need to create an account first. If you have an  account already, simply log in and then under Facility Type choose  Edinborough Birthday Party sites. Amenities section- does not apply to  Edinborough Park birthdays.

2. Is the birthday child counted as one of my ten guests?

Yes. All children between the ages of 12 months through12 years, including the birthday child and siblings are counted as part of your 10 guests. Adults are free, but are included in the 20 person limit at the tables.

3. I would like to have more than 20 people attend my birthday party, what do I do?

Please contact the birthday party coordinator directly. Depending on space availability, the party coordinator can suggest  some other options that include an additional fee. 

4. Can kids come early/stay late for my party? What do I do with all my party supplies?

Yes. Party guests can arrive early to play or stay after the end of your party at no additional fee. Have your guests check in at the Guest Services desk upon arrival-wristbands are good all day long. Please keep all party items in your car before your party and return your party items to your car after your party.

Please note that the tables on the upper level across from the Guest Services desk are not available for birthday party use or storage.

5. If I bring in my own food and it needs to be heated, is there a place I can warm food at Edinborough Park?

No. Edinborough Park is not equipped to heat or cook outside food for birthday parties. Please note electric warming devices (crockpots, microwaves, hotplates, etc.) are also prohibited at your birthday site.

6. Can I have food delivered to Edinborough Park? Is food available for purchase at the park?

Yes and yes. The majority of the local restaurants are familiar with Edinborough Park and our birthday party sites. Just give your name and color of your birthday party site and the restaurant will deliver your food directly to your tables. Our café has a variety of choices and food packages that can be ordered in advance and delivered to your table as well.

7. If I have more than ten children attending my party, what is the fee for additional wristbands?

$9/child. Fee covers the playpark wristband as well as the services Edinborough Park provides for your party, including staff coordination, set up and maintenance.

8. Can I decorate my birthday party site?

Yes. Leave the balloons at home though. You may decorate the tops of your assigned birthday party tables, but balloons, confetti, streamers, piñatas, banners and hanging signs are not permitted.
